Stop negotiating with your health.
The quick fix already had its turn. Build a clear, accountable system for activity, food, sleep, mindset, and the life you're trying to create.
You know what to do. Monday is what happens to the plan.
Clear structure beats another burst of motivation.Call the problem what it is
It breaks the moment work runs late, stress rises, or the weekend arrives.
“Eat better” and “move more” sound admirable. They still leave you guessing at 6:30 tonight.
Without honest review, small misses become a pattern before you notice.
Real change is a set of repeatable decisions, made under real conditions.
The five-pillar method
One habit can't carry a transformation. We work five systems: how you train, think, recover, eat, and follow through.
Build toward 10,000 steps a day, 70,000 a week, and 3–4 days of HIIT or CrossFit—with a Saturday 5K and a Sunday plan.
Practice gratitude three times a day and set your focus across the professional, personal, and physical parts of your life.
Aim for 6–8 hours. Cut caffeine after 2 p.m., shut electronics down an hour before bed, and use a repeatable wind-down process.
Paleo as the foundation, practiced with an 80/20 approach: meat, vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruit, and a gallon of water a day.
Turn your talents into disciplined action. Set a meaningful aim, seek real mentorship, execute, repeat, and finish what you start.

What clients say
Four years of consistency
I started with Coach Brian about 4 years ago. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired! I am a diabetic, but nothing seemed to help me get control of my diabetes, and the seemingly permanent tummy pooch wouldn't go away...that is, until I started with Coach. His program provided the thing I needed most - consistency! I never thought I'd be one of those people who consistently worked out and managed my own health but the past four years have changed that. I planned to "try" the 8 weeks and then be done, but during that time I discovered a new belief in myself and my ability to make a change. Four years later, I'm still diabetic, but it is under control and I'm honestly in the best health of my life. And that's not just me saying that - my doctor agrees! At 67 years of age, I'm running again and improving my times. My body composition has improved to the point that I'm no longer ashamed of how I look in a bathing suit! And I'm stronger than I ever thought possible. I'm so thankful that I took a chance on this training and myself. The encouragement and accountability have changed my life!

GLP-1 & peptide coaching support
GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide can be powerful tools. The shot starts the process. Muscle, sleep, and knowing how to eat for the rest of your life — that's the coaching.
Shut Up Eat Clean offers 1:1 online coaching support for people on GLP-1s and peptides: protect your muscle while the weight comes off, get enough protein without the food noise, and build the habits that keep the weight off — with or without the medication. The prescription starts the process. Coaching finishes it.
